Salon Policies

At Glow Hair Studio, we are committed to providing an exceptional luxury salon experience for every guest. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and respect for both our clients and team, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the following policies.

Please note that by booking an appointment at Glow Hair Studio, you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • All appointments at Glow require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.This fee reserves your time with us and will be credited toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

    Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when sufficient notice is provided.

  • Appointments can be made online through or website or social media , via phone, or in salon. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment time and stylist.

    A consultation is required for all new hair extension clients and major colour correction services.

  • As a boutique luxury salon, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

    We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

    Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service value.

    Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may result in a charge of 100% of the booked service value.

    Future bookings will require full prepayment following repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.

Services Policies

Colour and Keratin relaxing Services

The integrity and health of your hair will always be our priority.

Our stylists reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service if your hair condition may be compromised.

Clients must disclose all previous colour history, chemical treatments, medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions during consultation.

Hair Extensions

All extension hair is custom ordered specifically for each client and is non-refundable once purchased.

Due to hygiene regulations, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Proper maintenance and home care must be followed to ensure the longevity of your extensions. Glow Hair Studio cannot guarantee results where aftercare instructions have not been followed.

  • Health & Safety

    Glow Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service where health, safety, or wellbeing may be compromised.

    By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept these salon policies.

  • Children & Additional Guests

    To preserve the relaxing and luxurious atmosphere of our salon, we kindly ask that only clients receiving a service attend appointments.

    At Glow Hair Studio, the safety of our guests, team, and visitors is our highest priority.

    Due to workplace health and safety requirements and the nature of a professional salon environment, children who are not receiving a booked service are not permitted in the salon.

    Our salon contains hot styling tools, chemical products, electrical equipment, and sharp implements that present safety risks to unsupervised

  • Pricing

    Prices may vary depending on hair length, density, product usage, and time required.

    All pricing provided is a guide only and will be confirmed during consultation.

  • Service Satisfaction

    We strive to achieve beautiful results that align with your consultation.

    If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

    Adjustments relating to the original consultation may be offered at the discretion of management.

    We do not offer refunds on services provided.

    Requests resulting from a change of mind, lifestyle preferences, or a desire for a different result than originally agreed upon will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.

  • Retail Products

    Retail products may be exchanged or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened or used products.

Gift Vouchers

Give the perfect gift! Come in-store to purchase a gift voucher for any amount of your choice. Whether it’s for a birthday, an anniversary, or just to say thank you, our vouchers make a wonderful treat for someone special.

Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Excludes Gift voucher sale and promotions.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
