Full Treatment

Preparation: Your stylist will gently cleanse your hair to open the cuticles and prep it to fully absorb the treatment, tailored completely to your hair's unique condition.

Application & Processing: Once prepped, a custom-blended smoothing treatment is carefully applied to transform the shape, strength, and health of your hair, followed by a short development time before rinsing.

Smooth & Iron:After a short development time, your treatment will be rinsed, then dried, smoothed and ironed. We will adjust the temperature of the irons and decide how many passes, depending on your hair.

Best For: Clients looking for maximum frizz control, intense shine, and a dramatic reduction in daily styling time. Ideal for thick, coarse, frizzy, or unruly hair types wanting long-lasting management.

Longevity: This is a semi-permanent treatment and it lasts up to four months, depending on your hair type and its condition.

Post-Treatment: Once the treatment is complete, you can wash your hair after as little as 30 minutes. Most people prefer to wait and wash at home whenever it suits them. Please note, it’s important that you rinse your hair for 3-5 minutes before washing it for the first time after having the treatment.

  • To get the best from your treatment and make it last you will need to use a salon quality gentle shampoo that’s free of sodium chloride (salt) and sulphates, a nourishing conditioner and a pampering mask or soothing scalp tonic. Your stylist will let you know which range will be best for your hair.

  • Non-oxidising colours (no chemical mixing and temporary colours) can be applied directly after the first shampoo, which can be after just 30 minutes. Lightening works best 2 days before treatment, adding depth and tone works best 2 days after.

  • Yes, once treated, your daily routine becomes much faster. You can blow-dry or air-dry with minimal styling needed to achieve a sleek finish.

  • No! The treatment removes frizz and unwanted bulk while retaining natural movement and body. You can still style volume into your hair effortlessly.
